Dance Studio “Firebird”
Super positive dance show. Their rythm and passion were making our visitors dance on their places too.

For the first time festival Martishor was celebrated in California.
George Kulya, founder of the charitable organization Olympic foundation organized the festival. Who made it possible for our community to enjoy Moldovan traditions and celebrate Martishor like it is done each year in Moldova and other European countries. Thanks to our local community artists who helped uncover traditional spirit of Moldova: firebird dance studio directed by Lotta Burton, folk instrumental ensemble HORA.

Val Gaina
Gaina

Val Gaina, a record-setting, rock guitar superstar, is best known for selling out arenas in his native Russia with his ground-breaking band, KRUIZ enthralling audiences with their virtuosity and deeply poetic songs.
Born to Moldovan parents and a graduate of the Academy of Arts in Moldova, Gaina quickly set his sights on Moscow, the nearest buzzing artistic and musical center. Almost immediately, he founded the legendary group KRUIZ and at the age of 25 became the world’s first rock guitar virtuoso of the East. At their height, KRUIZ sold out more seats than even the Beatles did in Russia.

VALERIU JEREGHI  is a Moldovan film director and screenwriter, the member of the Union of Cinematographers of Moldova and Russia since 1978, “MAESTRU IN ARTE”. Some of his famous peaces of work are Arrivederci and Milika.
